The fourth event in the Match Play Masters Series tournament hosted by Coliseum of Comics Roosevelt and sponsored by the JAF. This event will be utilizing Tourplay, using the Match Play rules from the Season 3 Rulebookhttps://tourplay.net/en/blood-bowl/match-play-masters-brave-new-world

Match Play Master Series
What to Bring:
- A Blood Bowl pitch, Dugouts, and a set of templates if they are not printed on your pitch.
- Your team (you can use any models that reasonably represent your chosen race's positions, color coded bases are encouraged. - Painted teams are encouraged, but not required. If you do not have a team, please reach out to and we can find one for you to use at the event.
- Two (2) or more copies of your roster. One for you and one for your opponents. If you do not have access to a printer please let me know and I can provide the rosters
- One or more sets of Games Workshop Blood Bowl dice (3 blocking dice, 1d16, 1d8, and 2d6).
- Dice cups, Dice Towers, and/or Dice Trays are encouraged, but not required.
-As this event is being run though Tourplay a fully charged phone, tablet, or laptop is required along with charging equipment being advised.
Build Rules
Budget: 1,150,000 GP
Teams allowed: Any from the Season 3 Main Rules, and the GW Teams Of Legend PDF (High Elves)
Additional Skills: Each team may add skills with in the budget below depending on their assigned Tier, there is no Skill Stacking. Primary Cost 1 Skill point Secondaries cost 2 Skill points
-T1 – 6 Skill Points, Max 1 Secondary, Max 4 Elite
-T2 – 8 Skill Points, Max 2 Secondaries, Max 4 Elite
-T3 – 9 Skill Points, Max 3 Secondaries, Max 4 Elite
-T4 - 10 Skill Points, Max 4 Secondaries, Max 4 Elite
Random Skills: Randomly selected skills will not be allowed.
Stat Upgrades: Stat upgrades may not be purchased.
Marking Skills: Any player that has been assigned an additional skill should be clearly marked using a skill band or and equivalent method .
Star Players: Star Players count towards the required 11 player minimum for your roster. A team can only have one rostered Mega-Star player. Additionally, Coaches must pay the following Star Player tax from their
Skill allotment:
-Star Players: 2 Skill slots
-Star Limits by Tier:
-Tier 1: Max 1 Star Player
-Tier 2: Max 2 Star Players
-Tier 3: Max 2 Star Players
-Tier 4: Max 2 Star Players
Rounds: 2 Hour 30 minute Rounds
3 Rounds total
Tournament Scoring will be as follows
3 Tournament Points for a win
1 Tournament Point for a Draw
0 for a Loss
-1 Point for a Concede and I will be having a discussion with you on your ability to proceed with the event.

The Player with the most points will be the tournament champion

All participants are expected to show up on time at the correct location and a late arrival will result in an immediate disqualification and suspension from the following Match Play Masters event.
Time warnings will be issued at the halfway point and 15 minutes before time is called. When time is called finish the current round, a round being the completion of both participating coaches current turn number I.E. if time is called on coach A's turn 15 coach B will also get to complete turn 15.
-Doors open for registration at 10AM
-Round 1 begins at 10:30AM
-Lunch Break 1:00-1:30PM, Pizza will be provided but you still have the option to source your own lunch
-Round 2 begins 1:30PM
-Round 3begins 4:00PM
-Awards 6:30-7:00PM
Entry fee is 15 dollars to be paid to the store, all money to be contributed to the prize pool in the form of store credit
