About this Event
Join us at The Peacock Thursday, March 26th for the premier dating event in Charleston for ages 30-45. Prior to the event or upon arrival guests will fill out a quick survey, developed by psychologists, about what is important to them and in a potential partner.

Matching will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find your most compatible match at the party. It’s also the same technology behind the Marriage Pact, tradition at 100+ universities that's matched more than half a million people to date.
How it works:
- You’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists.
- The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal matches (up to 3) at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
- After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!
Who it’s for:
- The matching process is highly intentional—come with an open mind!
- If your match isn’t love at first sight, that’s okay! The algorithm is designed for long-term compatibility, so at baseline, you’ll be values-aligned.
- At the end of the day, this will be a great group of single people. Enjoy meeting everyone, and remember to be kind.
- Recommended for ages between 30-45.
Event Structure:
- This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.
- 7:00pm—The event begins, bar opens.
- 7:30pm—Doors close. You must complete the questionnaire by this time. The Algorithm begins computing matches.
- 7:45pm—You will receive the first clue.
- 8:00—Your first match is revealed.
- 8:30pm—Your second match is revealed.
- 9:00pm—Your third match is revealed.
- 10:00pm—Event concludes.
