Join us for Mat Pilates with Madeline at Kai Boyer Fitness — a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore your body.
These classes focus on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement, making them perfect for all fitness levels.

Saturdays at 10:00 AM (beginning April 4th)
