Debbie Riley, owner/instructor of The Real McCoy True Pilates located in Osterville will be offering a Pilates mat class based on the original, time tested, results oriented method developed by Joseph H. Pilates. You will learn how to move from your powerhouse and perform exercises designed to strengthen your breathing, increase your strength and flexibility and improve your balance and posture. Please join us!
Mats and props will be provided. Please bring a bottle of water. Light refreshments and private shop to follow from 10:30 - 11:00 am.
