About this Event
Please join us for a beginners mat pilates class taught by Genesis’ very own, Dr. Mary Katherine Shadwick, followed by a pelvic floor Q&A session after. All fitness levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat and water.
Enter-to-win a free evaluation will be available for all attendees. Spots are limited so please RSVP. The class is $10/person with all proceeds going to the Genesis PT & Wellness Scholarship Fund. You can pay at the door day of event.
