Join me and fellow community members in a Mat Pilates Class once a month. Open to all levels of fitness and Pilates knowledge.Note: classes will be appropriate for those new to Pilates.
Each class will be different, focusing on a new area of the body or quality of movement.

Exercise mats and equipment provided. Wear comfortable clothing. All you need to bring is yourself, some water and maybe a cushion for neck or knee comfort.
