Mat Monkeys is a martial-arts-themed physical education program designed especially for children ages 4–9. Through age-appropriate games, movement drills, and beginner martial arts skills, students develop coordination, confidence, and respect in a safe and encouraging environment.
Kids will learn:

🥋 How to fall safely (a key martial arts safety skill)
🥋 Basic martial arts movements and partner drills
🥋 Focus, teamwork, and respect for others
This program is perfect for beginners and helps build a strong foundation for athletics and martial arts training while keeping kids active and engaged.
