About this Event
This immersive experience celebrates the generosity of the Pacific, with smoke, heat, and time-honoured techniques at its heart. You’ll feast on plump, briny mussels and decadent lobster tails kissed by the grill, explore fragrant South Pacific–inspired curry, and master slow-cooked lamb shoulders that fall apart with smoky tenderness. The class finishes on a sweet high with a gorgeous banana and pecan dessert—caramelized, comforting, and unforgettable. It’s soulful BBQ, cultural storytelling, and seriously good food.
