Course Covers:

First Impressions - Delve into the subtle yet powerful dynamics of first impressions, focusing on the pivotal role of physical interaction through handshakes and other touching points.

Winning Conversation Techniques - Explore a comprehensive toolkit of techniques designed to navigate conversations with finesse, covering everything from steering clear of inappropriate topics to mastering introductions and engaging in topics that win hearts and minds.

Introduction Rules - Dive into the intricacies of effective introductions, learning the essential techniques to initiate conversations confidently and leave a lasting impact. From breaking the ice to remembering names, we will provide a comprehensive framework for building rapport and forging meaningful connections from the outset.

Networking Strategies - Learn invaluable techniques for navigating social and professional gatherings with confidence, from effectively working a room, to building authentic connections, and finally to gracefully exiting conversations.

Dining Etiquette - Learn the art of managing multiple utensils gracefully, including forks, knives, and spoons, to easily navigate multi-course meals. Understand the difference between Continental (European) and ZigZag (American) dining styles, and master the appropriate techniques for each. Explore fundamental dining etiquette principles, including seating arrangements, napkin etiquette, and proper use of utensils.


Meal Description:


Course 1:
Salad - Butter lettuce, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, warm Rasberry Vinaigrette dressing.

Course 2:
Boneless breast of chicken with chef's choice of accompanying sauce, green beans, potatoes au gratin, and half tomato.

Course 3:
Mocha chocolate dome with one scoop of ice cream and fresh berries cascading out.


About the Host:

Peggy Newfield, President of The American School of Protocol ®, will be your host for this 4-hour networking day. Peggy brings over 35 years of experience and expertise and has trained C-level executives, politicians, educators, military personnel, law students, bankers, physicians, and various other professionals across the globe. She has been contracted to teach etiquette to 24 MBA colleges/universities across the United States and hired by the US government to prepare another country for our American President’s visit. Additionally, she is an established author, social and life skill expert, and trainer of over 1,200 graduates in the U.S. and 48 countries worldwide now bringing this same extensive training to her local community.
