Explore what data and techniques are behind a Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS)
Learn how to forecast using MCS
Discover how you can shift the conversations using the results of MCS
Go through practical examples and exercises on how to apply MCS in your environment

<h4>How will the Sessions run?</h4>

The sessions will be held via Zoom and we'll be using Miro. You can expect a high level of interaction, practical exercises, and no PowerPoint. The goal of every session is to introduce you to the theory and enable you to use this in practice in your environment.

<h4>How to Prepare?</h4>

No preparation is necessary. If you want, you can bring along data from your team (in anonymized form), so you can use this in the session directly. Reach out to us if this interests you and we'll support you in preparing this.
