During the session, you'll learn practical meal prep and shopping techniques that can help streamline your weekly routine. We'll also explore simple ingredient swaps that boost the nutritional value of your meals without adding to your grocery bill. The class includes a live cooking demonstration, where you'll get to taste a few easy, budget-friendly recipes, and participate in engaging discussions with fellow participants.
