MASTERCLASS OVERVIEW

‘Mastering Leadership’ is the essential toolkit for experienced managers seeking to enter leadership roles in their organizations. This comprehensive course begins by looking at leadership today, and the differences between leadership and management. We also walks through the evolution of leadership and the emergence of transformational leadership, one of the most significant leadership models on the past 40 years.

In the second part of the course, we examine in some detail, the most well-known leadership theories in use by successful companies across the world. In the third part of the course, you will learn practical steps you can take to become a truly inspiring and genuine leader. First, you will learn how to create an inspiring leadership vision for your team. In the final session of the program, ee then look at tactics you can apply to develop an inspiring visison, enhance team motivation, and finally how to manage your communications effectively as leader.

Info: We begin this masterclass program with an introduction to leadership and explore a number of the core theories of contemporary leadership' including behavioural leadership, situational leadership, and action-centered leadership. You will learn how to evaluate the qualities of each leadership model, and to determine which model will best support your own context and your future career needs.

Info: In this second session, you learn how to develop the skills and knowledge as a transformational leader, with which to motivate your people, create an empowering vision, develop the communication skills necessary for effective leadership, and finally, create your personal leadership development plan.
