Program Objective
This workshop will provide in depth coverage of both the General Interview as well as key MMI stations that are frequently used, including Scenario Based Questions, Role Play Questions and more. Such formats are no longer restricted to healthcare interviews and have been increasingly used in various forms in scholarships and recruitment interviews. Participants will also get a chance to see what a Video Interview entails. Such video interviews are commonplace as part of the multiple rounds required in scholarship interviews.
Trainer
This workshop will be run by Discovering Potential's founder, Siew Ling Hwang, who has extensive experience training students in the areas of Interview and Communication Skills. Siew Ling has coached candidates for various scholarships including scholarships by PSC, SAF, MOE, MHA, MCI, MINDEF, MPA, MOH, SIA, CAG as well as scholarships and entrance interviews into courses in NUS, NTU, SMU and SUSS. She has also conducted and designed various workshops with many schools in Singapore. Siew Ling is an Interview and Career Coach, and she is a Certified Advanced Behavioural & Career Consultant, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
