By embracing diverse perspectives and leveraging the strengths of each archetype, teams can enhance communication, foster creativity, and drive innovation. Additionally, individuals can deepen their self-awareness, enhance their interpersonal skills, and drive positive change within their workplace. Whether you identify as a Scholar, Healer, Disruptor or another archetype, this session will equip you with insights and strategies to work more effectively in diverse teams and contribute to a more inclusive organizational culture. Discover Individual Archetype

  • Participants will complete the Archetype Assessment to uncover their unique Archetype.
  • Attendees will gain insights into their personal strengths, preferences, and potential blind spots in relation to team dynamics, collaboration, and career growth

Understand Archetype Dynamics in Teams

  • Explore the different Archetypes and their respective roles within team environments.
  • Discuss how diverse archetype perspectives can enrich team collaboration and problem-solving.

Foster Inclusive Team Dynamics

  • Learn strategies for leveraging individual Archetypes to promote inclusive communication and decision-making within teams.
  • Identify opportunities for aligning Archetype strengths to organizational goals and initiatives.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Tenisha “Ava” Williams (she/her) is an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant, speaker, and facilitator with over a decade of experience with organizational assessment, strategic planning, and equity-centered change management. Ava has led project teams focusing on identifying and addressing inequities for various leaders and executives at over 100 organizations. She is known for introducing frameworks and tools beyond conventional DEI discussions - urging audiences to imagine how their work can build an organizational culture that strives for belonging for all and deliver tangible and measurable outcomes for communities affected by structural inequities.

Yinka Ajirotutu (she/her) is an award-winning innovative thought leader, social justice advocate, and senior consultant who is known for developing, motivating and leading diverse teams to achieve unprecedented goals in the areas of change management, DEI, and creating cultures of inclusion and belonging. She has extensive experience working with executive leadership and supporting the development and implementation of their strategic vision for their organizations for nonprofits and other public sector organizations.

Gabrielle Roffe (she/her) works to understand the unique ways people connect to and protect their environments and, through transformative community practices, redefine environmental stewardship. She has spent the past 13 years leading in DEI work to amplify voices of underrepresented communities to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging in the access and design of cities, neighborhoods, and other public spaces and services.
