Gluten free baking doesn’t have to be complicated.Mastering Gluten Free Baking is a hands-on, six-week course designed to build your confidence, skills, and understanding of gluten free baking from the ground up. Whether you’re new to gluten free or looking to improve your results, this course will give you the tools to create products that are tasty, practical, and easy to make at home.
Across six 2-hour sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of gluten free baking, including flour blends, key ingredients, and the role of binders. Each week focuses on a different product, giving you the opportunity to prepare and create a range of items including flatbreads, pizza bases, bread rolls, and a full loaf of gluten free bread.
This is a practical, hands-on course where you’ll make your products in class, then take them home to bake and enjoy. Along the way, you’ll explore how different ingredients affect taste, texture, and structure, and gain the confidence to troubleshoot and adapt recipes yourself.
The final session includes troubleshooting, questions, and a surprise recipe to bring everything together.
With small group sizes (limited to 8 participants), you’ll receive personalised support and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn at your own pace.
By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with practical skills, a deeper understanding of gluten free baking, and the confidence to keep creating at home.
