• The Classic Whiskey Sour – silky, balanced, and finished with egg white
Our team will walk you through proper shaking vs. stirring techniques, dilution control, citrus balance, and egg white emulsification.
You’ll sample each cocktail, then choose your favorite to craft yourself behind the bar.
