Masterclass: Mastering Transitions – Finding Flow in Your Practice Transitions make up 50% of your yoga practice, yet they’re often overlooked. In this masterclass, we’ll focus on the transitions you use every day, breaking them down to help you move with more grace and fluidity. By refining these in-between moments, you’ll create a smoother, more connected flow in your practice.
Expect to explore the mechanics of common transitions, learn techniques to enhance control and ease, and discover how mindful movement can elevate your entire practice. This class is open to all levels, helping you unlock the full potential of your flow.
This masterclass is donation-based, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to help street dogs in Spain. We focus on rescuing the most vulnerable, including pregnant dogs, abandoned puppies, and injured or elderly dogs. After rescue, we provide veterinary care and either foster them ourselves or arrange foster care. We also cover the costs for temporary shelter or boarding until they find a loving forever home. Your donation makes a direct impact in saving lives and giving these dogs a second chance.

Stine Brosche is one of Norway's first Vinyasa yoga teachers, with over 15 years of teaching experience. She taught across Oslo, including at Leela Yoga, and is known for her playful, down-to-earth approach to yoga. Now living in Spain, Stine has fostered and rehomed over 40 dogs and currently has 9 rescues living in her home. With a deep passion for both yoga and animals, she loves to host donation-based classes, inviting the community to come together and make a positive impact on the world.
