The STFD Improv Master Series 10 is for STFD students who have completed the Masterclass 8 level classes through STFD Improv or equivalent training and experience.

Week 1: Introduction to Longform Improv & Basic Skills
- Overview of longform improv
- Establishing a supportive ensemble
- Basic scene work techniques
Week 2-4: Exploring Scene Work and Character Development
- Developing authentic characters
- Exploring emotional range and physicality
- Heightening and exploring scenes
- Introduction to the concept of platforms, tilts, and finding the game of the scene
Week 5: Free Form Improv Format
- Exploring the foundations of free-form improv
- Encouraging organic transitions and narrative flow
- Emphasizing bold choices and ensemble support
- Continuous scenework practice without structural constraints
Week 6: The Armando & Harold Format
- Introduction to the Armando format
- The monologist role and drawing inspiration from monologues
- Practicing organic scene initiations
- Fine-tuning callbacks and thematic connections
Week 7-9 : Show Prep & Dress Rehearsal
- Choosing the show format (could be a combination of the three styles learned)
- Developing a unique voice and cohesive performance style
- Running full-show simulations
- Notes and adjustments based on instructor and peer feedback
Week 10 Live Performance - March 21, 2025 - The Spare Room
- Live performance for an audience- 1 Hour Show
