About this Event
What is neurodiversity?
- Neurodiversity is the concept that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, are natural variations of the human brain and should be recognized and respected as part of human diversity.
- Approximately 15-20% of the global population is estimated to be neurodivergent, which includes conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences. This suggests that a similar percentage of the workforce is likely neurodivergent!
During this hour and fifteen minutes you will learn about:
- Empowering a neurodiverse workforce and why it is essential to an organization’s competitive advantage.
- The foundations of neurodiversity and how it is crucial to building an inclusive workplace.
- Powerful communication strategies to increase executive functioning, ensure employee retention, happiness and success.
All registrants will receive the recording from the Masterclass
