About this Event
Do you identify as autistic, neurospicy, or neuro-questioning? Want to build community with others who think, socialize, communicate, and experience their senses outside of the typicaly profile? Looking for a safe place to unmask and ponder the big questions of yound adulthood?
This group is a great fit for anyone ages 18 - 30 who identifies as having lived experience with Autism, ADHD, or Neurodivergent neurotypes.
What to Expect
- Gain clarity on your central values and top priorities
- Become an expert on your strengths and needs through applied curiosity
- Navigate family and friendship relationships
- Understand the social model of disability and how to become an effective self-and-community advocate
- Grieve, celebrate, and remove internal barriers to flexibility

About the Facilitator
Jennifer Re, LMFT (she/her) is a parent of an autistic child and, she came to see, was living an autistic life - she just didn’t know it. She has worked with autistic folks of all ages and is passionate about this community. She has a direct and inclusive approach and loves working with parents. Jennifer uses the principles of ACT to help people accept aspects of their reality in order to become committed and influential in enacting their values.
