This workshop series designed to help you cut through the noise and start using AI in a practical, thoughtful, and meaningful way
About this Event

Join us for a workshop series designed to help you move from AI-curious to AI-capable.

In a world where AI is evolving quickly—and often feels overwhelming—these sessions focus on what actually matters: how to use AI in a way that is simple, useful, and aligned with your real life and work.

Each workshop is designed to stand on its own, but sessions can also be bundled based on your interests and needs. We recommend starting with AI Foundations, especially if you're newer to AI or looking to strengthen the basics. For those who are more experienced, you’re welcome to jump right into Session 2 and/or Session 3.

Whether you're a founder, a professional, or a parent, you’ll leave with practical tools, prompts, and frameworks you can start using right away.

Sessions will run from 12:00–1:30, with a light lunch provided and the option to work from The Collective Makom for the rest of the afternoon.

What We’ll Cover

Session 1: AI Foundations

Cut through the hype and focus on the fundamentals—what AI is, what it isn’t, and what you actually need to know to start using it effectively.

We’ll cover responsible use, ChatGPT basics, and introduce tools like Claude, Gemini, Gamma, NotebookLM, and Notion. You’ll also learn simple prompting frameworks and see live demos, with time for Q&A.

Session 2: AI for Founders and Business Owners — Finding Your Voice and Building Your Team

Learn how to make AI more personalized and useful for your business.

We’ll walk through creating a style guide from your own writing, configuring custom instructions, identifying the AI “agents” you need, and building your first agent. You’ll also learn how to organize your knowledge so outputs are more consistent and aligned with your voice.

Session 3: AI for Parents

Explore how AI can support the day-to-day realities of life with young children.

From routines and meal planning to activity ideas and household logistics, this session focuses on reducing mental load and simplifying decision-making. Includes real-life examples, ready-to-use prompts, and a live Q&A with a sleep consultant.
