His clients include NHS, RHS, Amnesty, Cambridge Uni & many more.

- Worked in the field of mental wellbeing for over 15 years
- Created a product for the UK government's Change For Life campaign
- Established the Sleep Initiative and taught the Super Sleep techniques to over 1,000 students
- Trained 100+ managers as part of Cambridge University Hospitals Mental Health initiative - one of the world's leading teaching hospitals
- Published the Calm Resilience book. Part inspired by his work supporting clinical staff on a critical care Covid ward during the pandemic
