Combining proven neuroscience and meditation based techniques into useful daily habits. Supporting over 28,000 people globally to enhance focus, reduce self criticism and strengthen resilience. His clients include NHS, RHS, Amnesty, Cambridge Uni & many more.


Some of his achievements:

  • Worked in the field of mental wellbeing for over 15 years
  • Created a product for the UK government's Change For Life campaign
  • Established the Sleep Initiative and taught the Super Sleep techniques to over 1,000 students
  • Trained 100+ managers as part of Cambridge University Hospitals Mental Health initiative - one of the world's leading teaching hospitals
  • Published the Calm Resilience book. Part inspired by his work supporting clinical staff on a critical care Covid ward during the pandemic
