Come join us to level up your tennis game with advanced skills and hands-on training at our in-person event, Master the art of tennis!
About this Event

With the popularization and development of tennis, more and more people have a strong interest in tennis. In order to meet the needs of Tennis enthusiasts and improve their tennis skills, we plan to hold a tennis training event at Kenwood Park Tennis Courts. Through this training, we hope to help you master the basic tennis skills, enhance physical fitness, develop tactical awareness, and enjoy the fun of tennis.

Activity content

1.Basic skills training:

The coach will explain the rules of tennis, including the court, scoring, violation and other basic content.

Forehand and backhand stroke: Learn the correct grip and stroke action, master the strength and direction of the stroke.

Serving skills: Teach correct serving posture and movement, improve the success rate and power of serving.

Volley and pressure ball: Learn the timing and skills of volley ball, master the method of hitting high-pressure ball.

2.Actual combat training and promotion:

Organize real combat simulation competitions, so that participants can apply their skills in real competitions.

Analyze the game video, explain the use of tactics, and improve the participants' tactical awareness.

Group for actual combat, simulate the game scene, improve the actual combat ability.

The coach provides on-site guidance, comments on the participants' performance, and makes suggestions for improvement.

Explain the game strategy, psychological adjustment and other advanced content to help participants improve their competitive level

3. Physical and stretching training:

Design physical training programs for tennis to improve participants' strength, speed and endurance.

Physical training for tennis, as well as stretching training before and after sports, to prevent sports injuries.

After the activity, everyone can share their tennis learning experience, learn from each other and make progress together.

Matters needing attention

Participants are required to bring their own personal equipment such as tennis rackets and sneakers.

Pay attention to safety during the activity and follow the instructions of the coach to avoid injury.
