I will be teaching this class through the lens of a James Beard Award Winning chef, Josh McFadden.
Do you want to know the best part? These recipes are all made using storebought dried pasta. I will be utilizing 3 classic recipes from his reptoire!
Six Seasons of Pasta does so much more than pair noodles with seasonal produce. The book teaches us how to intuitively cook a perfect pasta dish from scratch using McFadden's no-fail “build-the-sauce-in-the-skillet” method. McFadden's time-tested technique will always result in a satisfying and delicious bowl of pasta.

All classes are held in groups of 6 to 10 students, and include sitting, standing, and practicing hands-on techniques. Level of student participation varies depending on class subject. All class participants receive 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and tabletop products. 10% discount applies the same day of class only.
