- Bring your own knives if you’d like personalized guidance on the tools you use at home.
- Chef Jakeman requires your knives to be sharp in order to use them in class. Bring in your knives for sharpening ahead of the class if you’d like to use them.

- We’ll prepare and enjoy small, delicious snacks together using the techniques you just learned
