• Read tarot and oracle cards using intuition, symbolism, colour and energetic signatures
• Decode what your subconscious and emotional patterns are communicating through each card
MindSpa x Mindset (Amanda – Mrs Brain Trainer):
• Understand how your brain forms habits, reactions and emotional loops and how to retrain them
• Use simple, science-backed tools to shift your state, expand self-awareness and create new mental pathways
