Phase 1: 2‑Day Expert Workshop (In‑person) - 3-4 February 2026
Diagnose, design, and de‑risk your AI opportunities in sales & marketing.
What we’ll cover:
- Challenge Diagnostic: Map your top 3 sales/marketing blockers (e.g., lead quality, CAC, conversion drop‑offs, churn, attribution).
- Data & Tools Audit: Assess CRM/marketing automation readiness (data quality, integrations, compliance).
- AI Use‑Case Design: Prioritise high‑impact use cases (quick wins vs. strategic bets).
- Experiment Plans: Define 2–3 pilots with KPIs, guardrails, timelines, and ownership.
Workshop Outcomes (you’ll leave with):
- A clear AI roadmap focused on sales & marketing outcomes
- A pilot backlog with defined success metrics (e.g., MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, retention uplift)
- A stack recommendation (tools, integrations, and governance)
- Personalised prompts/playbooks for your team (copy, campaigns, sales motions, reporting)
Phase 2: 30‑Day Implementation Sprint (with expert support)
Selected companies receive 1 day of 1:1 guidance to deploy the tools and deliver measurable results—within 30 days.
What we’ll do together:
- Set up and integrate selected AI tools
- Build dashboards and automated workflows
- Run A/B tests and iterate weekly
- Track impact against KPIs (e.g., cost per lead, conversion rate, LTV, time‑to‑close)
- Lead quality & volume: Too many unqualified leads; rising CPL
- Pipeline conversion drop‑offs: Stalled deals or slow cycle times
- Attribution & ROI clarity: Difficulty proving what’s working
- Content velocity & consistency: Slow, ad‑hoc campaign production
- Personalisation at scale: One‑size‑fits‑all messaging underperforming
- Customer retention & upsell: Churn risk and missed expansion opportunities
- Pricing & forecasting: Guesswork instead of data‑driven decisions
- Team bandwidth: Limited time to test and adopt new tools
- Practical insights into AI applications that move core metrics (CPL, CAC, CVR, LTV, churn)
- A clear, prioritised roadmap to integrate AI into your sales & marketing operations
- Expert support to design, pilot, and validate your AI solution
- Reusable assets: prompts, templates, dashboards, and QA checklists
- Access to a network of innovators, mentors, and peer learning
