Join us for a functional, full body functional HIIT workout class, with a playlist of the top
DnB tracks right now! Did you know working out in time to the music makes it feel
easier? Expect an energetic playlist and an effective workout!
Whether you are looking to start a fitness habit, get back on track or improve your
fitness for running, cycling or your sport this one is for you! The class is led by a highly
qualified Personal trainer and Exercise Referral Instructor.
Our class alternates between full body, functional strength and cardio, ending with
mobility and core work and is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise
Referral Instructor, Dr Natalie E Grinvalds.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short
periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity
intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength
in a short amount of time!
