The dual appeal of sustainability and warmer aesthetics are pushing more residential developers to consider mass timber construction, but fire safety and building codes pose special challenges in locations like New York City.
Join AIA Brooklyn and event sponsor BQE as Kristin Slavin, from Conifer Advising, provides a brief introduction and overview of the Mass Timber market followed by a discussion with local architects who are meeting these challenges.
