About this Event
Every relationship holds both structure and surrender, leading and listening, holding and being held. But how fluidly do you move between these together?
In this playful and embodied workshop, you and your partner will explore how Masculine and Feminine energies move within each of you, and between you. This is about energetics and embodying range vs. gender roles.
We’ll begin by attuning to your own energetic blueprint, where you feel most at home, and where you may want more range.
Then, through guided partner-based practices, you’ll explore:
✨ Leading and following using the body as the guide
✨ Giving, receiving, taking, and allowing in ways that feel alive and authentic
✨ Energetic tension, responsiveness, and flow
✨ Expressing desire, setting boundaries, and attuning to one another through presence
To support this, we’ll introduce a simple but powerful framework (based on the Wheel of Consent) to help you clarify your desires, intentions, and receptivity.
