This camp is designed to teach riders everything about BMX including how to have fun racing BMX. Five days of coaching to evaluate your riders skills, help them become faster, more confident and love to ride their bike. My goal is always to promote being a good role model while living with a positive mindset to help them live life to the fullest and be a successful athlete . We will also work on setting goals your rider wants to meet for the season and how to make a plan to execute those goals. Please join me for a fun filled week of gate starts, pumping, manualing, jumping, turns, riding aggressive, training, foot down, and more! **Very Important** Riders must Pre Register for camp 24 hours prior to starting a week long or day session of camp. You may pay the day of the event as long as your rider is pre registered. A valid USABMX membership is required to attend camp.

Monday 6/8 Gates and Pumping
Tuesday 6/9 Turns and Pack Skills
Wednesday 6/10 Jumping and Manualing
Thursday 6/11 Turns and Riding Aggressive
Friday 6/12 Overview, Training, Pizza Party and Games
What the rider will need:
- Packed lunch & Snacks -
- Plenty of water -
- Uniform and Pads - (Shorts and knee pads are ok)
- Change of Clothes -
- Sun glasses and Sunscreen -
- Half Shell Helmet -
- Flat Pedals - ( If your rider runs clips)

8:00am - 9:00 am Rider check in and drop off
9:00am - 10:00am Warm Up
10:00am - 11:30am BMX Instructed time
11:30am - 12:00pm Skill Drills
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm Group Activity
2:00pm - 3:30pm BMX Instructed time
3:30pm - 3:45pm Skill Drills
4:00pm Rider Pick up (Please be on time picking up your rider)
