Maryland's Strongest Hands will take place at Renewed Strength Personal Training Studio on April 18, 2026. This will be an Armlifting USA and Grip Sport International Sanctioned Contest.More details will be added to the Renewed Strength LLC Facebook event page as the contest gets closer.
Contest lifts:
- Double overhand Ironmind Apollon's Axle Deadlift (rising bar, unlimited attempts)
- 3" Sorinex Saxon Bar pinch grip deadlift (rising bar, unlimited attempts)
- Neutral grip hang for time
- Medley including Holle inch dumbbells, deep dish Olympic plates, anvils, and York blobs.
Registration is needed to compete, no drop-in participation.
