We are happy to announce the date for "Maryland's Strongest Hands 2024"! @renewedstrength_llc hosted the inaugural Maryland's Strongest Hands, an @armliftingusa sanctioned contest, in 2019. We are excited to bring Armlifitng opportunities back to central Maryland and the Midatlantic region. The contest date is April 27, 2024.Contest lifts will be:
-Ironmind Silver Bullet Hold
-Ironmind Apollon's Axle (double overhand deadlift)
-Sorinex Saxon Bar 3" pinch deadlift
-Grip medley (multiple lifts for points, one timed round) anvils, York blobs, Sorinex CMBs, plate pinch lifts, inch dumbbell, Olympic deep dish hub lifts and more.
