Marvelous Moths at Walthamstow Wetlands

Did you know there are around 2 500 moth species in the UK? Join us to find out which of these marvellous moths visit Walthamstow Wetlands over night.

For this early morning event, we'll be discovering and identifying what we've been able to catch in our moth trap put out the night before.

Please meet your friendly workshop leads at the main gate on Forest Road at 7.30am

This walk is for over 18s and children over 12 accompanied by an adult. The event will take place in a seated area outdoors. There may be some kneeling and crouching.

P lease note that the moths we are able to collect in the trap will be dependent on the weather conditions.
