Being bereaved can be a time of feeling isolated in your grief. We are opening up a safe space to share stories and meet others who can understand something of your journey.It's a welcome opportunity for you to sit with a coffee and connect with others who will understand your grief. It can be helpful to know you are part of a community of others who have become bereaved and are finding their way back into life again.
The cafe is based at the hospice in Hove in the newly built cafe situated at the front of the hospice. It will be open to all customers, and you can buy refreshments. The cafe closes to the public at 4pm so we will have a more confidential space for part of the group.
All meetings are free to attend, and open to anyone over 18 whose loved one died under our care. There's no need to book, just come along. We look forward to seeing you there.
