No two martinis are the same — gin or vodka; wet or dry; shaken or stirred? Join us at Oliver's as we break down what makes a great martini. Mix-and-match spirits, vermouths, and every kind of dirty you can imagine, all in the pursuit of finding your dream 'tini.
As part of Seattle Cocktail Week, Oliver's at the Mayflower Park Hotel invites you to Martini: The Dirty Secret — an intimate one-hour workshop where you'll craft your own custom martini from scratch, guided by our professional bartenders alongside an Astrea Gin representative. Armed with a personal martini guide, you'll explore the nuances of technique, balance, and flavor before shaking (or stirring) your way to something entirely your own. Light bar snacks are included, and every guest takes home a souvenir cobbler shaker. A special featured food menu is also available for those looking to make a full evening of it.
