Minnesota-born music-making legend Martin Zellar returns home for a very special performance along with his band The Hardways! Texas musician Presley Haile kicks off the night with an intimate set.
Martin Zellar first appeared on the Twin Cities music scene in the late 80s as the lead singer and songwriter for the alt-country pioneers, Gear Daddies. The Gear Daddies recorded two albums on Polygram Records, appeared on Late Night With David Letterman, and toured extensively before amicably parting ways in 1992.
Zellar has gone on to perform and record as a solo artist and with his band The Hardways, releasing eight more albums on the Rykodisc and Lee Owens Recordings labels.
More than 30 years down the road from his first release, Martin Zellar continues to make his living writing, recording, and performing music. Now living in Mexico with his family, he returns each year to Minnesota to share fan favorites and new music with his audiences.

Presley Haile, a talented singer-songwriter from Hamilton, Texas, found her love for music at 16. Influenced by artists like James Taylor and Patty Griffin, she blends folk, country, and Americana to create her unique sound.
