Our eighth annual trail race, taking in some of the parks, countryside, and sights of Marple. A multi terrain, mainly off-road, 10k race starting in Brabyns Park Marple, utilising sections (not the muddy part) of the Marple parkrun course before leaving the park via the canal locks, taking back roads and trails via Marple Hall to Chadkirk and up "that hill", then back to Marple along the Peak Forest Canal, crossing the iconic Marple Aqueduct before finishing back at the start in Brabyns Park.
In previous years we've clashed with Father's Day and the Tour of Tameside, but not this year! 😃
