About this Event
Linda Gwillim RSHom has been working as a homeopath for over 35 years. She runs a busy practice in Machynlleth in mid Wales. Linda is the clinical director at the Welsh School of Homeopathy. She also teaches at various other colleges in the UK. She's probably best well-known for her provings of the Matridonal Remedies.
Linda will be speaking about her experience of working with patients who are considered to be on the autistic spectrum. The diversity of this diagnosis is huge and Linda will discuss cases from one end of the spectrum to the other looking at treating both children and adults through case examples. She will talk about case taking, prognosis and case management. She will illustrate the importance of observation and the use of non-verbal communication eg. the use of body language, drawing, mannerisms and the essential factor of 'what is striking' within the signs and symptoms revealed during the case taking process. All this will lead to an individualised homoeopathic prescription.
We are delighted that Linda is making a return visit to spend the day with us at the North West College of Homeopathy to share her experience and insight into homeopathy. This event is designed for homeopaths and students of homeopathy. You will receive a truly warm welcome at Belmont House from students, lecturers and homeopaths for this unique CPD event. Our day will start at 9:30am and close at 5:00pm. Attendees will receive a CPD certificate of attendance and we will email you the week beforehand with details of how to find us and the day's schedule.
