This experience supports nervous system regulation through conscious breathwork, dynamic yet accessible movements designed to strengthen mobility, and the activation of subtle marma (vital energy) points—offered through both self and hands-on practitioner facilitation.

Facilitator Bio:
Gabriella DiCarlo
As a Marma somatic practitioner, Gabriella DiCarlo's work is rooted in Ayurveda, the traditional healing system from the Vedas. Marma therapy focuses on specific energy points in the body—where physical, emotional, and energetic pathways intersect. Through gentle, intentional touch, breath awareness, and subtle energy work, this practice supports the release of stagnant energy, helping to regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and invite deep states of relaxation and healing.
Gabriella believes in the great wisdom and power of our nature—what happens when we tune into the awareness of breath, body and being. She is here to create a space that ignites your remembrance of this intuitive wisdom and innate ability to heal from within. In 2017, during a period of deep personal yogic study, she experienced a life-changing moment within her practice that transformed her relationship with life itself. This awakening further charged her passion to share the ancient healing power of yoga and meditation with others.
As a Reiki Healer, Sound Journey Guide, and certified 500-hour RYS yoga teacher, Gabriella continues to expand her knowledge through the study of yoga physiology, pranayama, meditation, and the cultivation of compassion (karuna). As a trauma-informed practitioner, she offers a grounded and compassionate presence, honoring each individual’s experience within a shared space. Her background in somatic experiencing brings a deeply embodied and supportive approach to processing emotions and sensations through the body.
Outside of the studio, Gabriella connects with the sacred wisdom of the Earth through creative expression—writing music, painting, ceramics and more. She finds joy in dancing with the ocean while surfing and cherishes meaningful connections with loved ones. Currently, she's furthering her Ayurvedic studies, completing her hypnotherapy certification, alongside additional energy healing attunements. Gabriella DiCarlo offers private and group sessions through the integrative healing arts. She looks forward to connecting with you soon!
