Marlow Gong Bath & Meditation

I’m really happy to share that I’ll be holding another Gong Bath and Guided Visualisation Meditation at Marlow Youth Centre on Sunday 5th April 2026, from 7:15pm to 8:30pm.The last evening in Marlow was so incredibly special. I’m so grateful for the amazing positive feedback, the warmth of the people the room, and the beautiful turnout. Thank you to everyone who came and made it what it was. I’m excited to return and share this space together again.We’ll begin with a gentle guided visualisation to help you settle, followed by a relaxing gong bath where you can simply lie back, unwind and let the sound wash over you. No experience is needed at all. Nothing is required except laying back and receiving the sounds of the meditation gongsTime: 7:15pm to 8:30pm
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, but not earlier if possible as I’ll be setting up the space.What to bring:A yoga mat or something to lie on, and a blanket a cushion
A water bottle
