This HYBRID Series is designed to provide food vendors with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a variety of marketplace settings, such as farmers' markets, street fairs, and other public events.
At completion of the program, the top participants from the cohort will be invited to participate in a local Marketplace!

HYBRID PROGRAM SCHEDULE (Please Note the In-Person Dates and Times)
- Class 1 (Online): April 8, 6 - 8 p.m. Food and DEH Permitting
- Class 2 (Online): April 15, 6 - 8 p.m. Health Permits and Food Safety
- Class 3 (In-Person): April 22, 6 - 8 p.m. Compliance
- Class 4 (Online): April 29, 6 - 8 p.m. Finance and Taking Payments
- Class 5 (Online): May 6, 6 - 8 p.m. Marketing for the Marketplace
- Class 6 (In-Person): May 13, 6 - 8 p.m. -Dominating the Marketplace
To be considered for a spot at the Marketplace, participants must attend ALL classes and meet 1:1 with an OCIE SBDC consultant to track progress.
