Touch Mother Earth welcomes you to the 10th Anniversary EarthVibes Music and Wellness Festival held June 12–14, 2026, at the beautiful Camp Sacajawea in Central New Jersey.
We understand that vending in a forest environment for three days is a unique experience. We want to show you why this setting is the key to building a loyal, long-lasting client community and having your best sales weekend yet!
🌟 Why Vend in Our Forest Community?
EarthVibes is an inclusive, three-day event where attendees stay, camp, and immerse themselves in wellness workshops and activities. This means:
• Deep Client Connection: Unlike day fairs, our weekend format allows you three full days to engage with attendees, tell your story, and build lifelong relationships with customers who return to your booth repeatedly.
• Higher Sales Potential: Weekend vendors consistently report higher sales and a stronger connection with their customers. By staying, you benefit from late-night shopping (until 10 PM) and early morning traffic.
• Friendly Forest Setting: Our camp clusters offer a secure, community-friendly market feel. You can camp right near or inside your booth, or choose a cabin/platform tent upgrade. Flush toilets, outdoor showers, and shared camp cooking facilities are all on site to make your three-day stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Choose a camp that suits your vibe:
• 🌕 Sacred Moon Market: The main, bustling marketplace with premium spots and proximity to lodging upgrades. Best for high traffic.
• 🥁 Drum and Dance Camp: Lively area with plenty of shade, recommended for vendors needing easy vehicle access or selling musical items. Late crowd!
• 🧘♀️ Mind Body Spirit Zone: A quiet area across from the lake, ideal for healers and wellness service providers requiring a calm, private consultation space.
📅 Key Vending Details
• Location: Camp Sacajawea, Farmingdale, NJ. (We are NOT Sparta or Newfield!)
• Weekend Set-Up: Friday, June 12, 12 PM – 4 PM (All vendor vehicles must be out by 4 PM SHARP).
• Late Nights: Be prepared for late-night vending until 10 PM on Friday and Saturday (bring LED lights).
• 10’ x 10’ Space: $130 for 3 days. Fewer days, different setups available.
