This training will help farmers and food producers feel confident and prepared to sell their products by breaking down essential food safety practices, labeling requirements, and state regulations. Led by Lacy Davidson of the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, the session will provide clear guidance on what vendors need to know before bringing products to market, highlight valuable resources available through WVDA, and offer the opportunity to ask questions. Participants will leave with a better understanding of compliance expectations, practical tools for success, and the knowledge needed to navigate the regulatory process with ease.
