With a career spanning over two decades, Mark Erelli has carved out a reputation as one of Americana’s most insightful and versatile singer-songwriters. Erelli has released 13 solo albums, performed with his bluegrass supergroup Barnstar!, and supported artists like Marc Cohn, Paula Cole, and Josh Ritter. He’s also produced two acclaimed albums for GRAMMY-winner Lori McKenna.

In 2020, Erelli was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease. His response—both personal and artistic—has been profound. His latest album, Lay Your Darkness Down, reckons with vulnerability, resilience, and hope, and has earned praise for its depth and beauty.
