Like a diamond formed under pressure, that stress can also be a divine catalyst propelling us to transform our difficult emotional states to those of compassion, clarity, and wisdom.
As in quantum physics, Buddhism teaches us that no energy is destroyed, only changed from one form to another. This applies to our bodies, and to the emotionally charged thoughts and feelings we experience. In learning how to recognize these states and what their refined energy is, we can instead experience clarity over anger and love over fear.
