It’s that time of year again!Everyone is invited to join us for our AGM.
This is an opportunity for you to see what the band has been up to behind the scenes, and what we are working on towards for 2025.
Drinks & meals can be purchased at bar prices. The meeting will commence at 6:30pm SHARP!
All committee positions will be open for nominations, including:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee (minimum 3 positions: Librarian, Child Safe Officer, Instrument Manager)
If you’ve never been on a committee before, don’t stress – we’ll show you the ropes and you’ll have plenty of support.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else to the committee, please request a nomination form. (These can also be found on our member Stack App)
If you are a current band member, will be an apology for the AGM, and would like to nominate someone to vote on your behalf, please complete a proxy nomination form (These can be found on our member Stack App)
Any forms can be handed to Mark or Claire at Band, or emailed through to [email protected].
