Help us transform a vacant lot into a vibrant community green space! Join community members and partners for a Placemaking Blitz Day in Marine Villa on Saturday, September 20 from 9:30 a.m.- to 1 p.m. What is a Placemaking Blitz?
This is a one-day, hands-on volunteer event where neighbors and supporters work side-by-side to bring life and connection to a long-vacant lot at 3574 South Broadway! No experience needed. We’ll provide the supplies for you to prepare garden beds, plant new greenery, and help us care for new plants.

What is the Marine Villa Meadow?
The Marine Villa Meadow is a recipient of the 2025 Vacancy to Vibrancy Small Grants Program, a partnership between the STL Vacancy Collaborative and Pocketparks! Funding provided by the Missouri Department of Conservation, Square, and trees from Forest ReLeaf of Missouri.
