FALL VENDOR MARKET
HOSTED BY ST. LOUIS CROSSFIRE ELITE
Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025 for St. Louis Crossfire's 1st Annual Fall Vendor Market. This is a family-friendly event is advertised to over 3,000 people in our St. Louis Crossfire community and the St. Louis/St. Charles/Washington community.
Vendor Registrations are limited and first come, first served basis.
The registration deadline is Monday, September 1, 2025.

VENDOR INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES
- This is a family-friendly event. All products for sale must are asked to be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
- Pre-cooked sample food is allowed. Cooking of food on-site is not allowed.
- Limited to one vendor per company for direct sales companies
- Vendor Set Up: starts at 6:30 AM on Saturday, September 20th. All vendors must be set up and ready by 8:45 AM
- Vendors will be accepted on first come, first served basis. Payment must be received with 30 days of acceptance email
- All Vendors will receive a 'Vendor Spotlight' on our social media platforms
