Our first Marietta Square in the Dark was absolutely incredible… and this time, it’s going to be even better.
Join us Friday, March 20th starting 9:30th PM at Johnnie MacCrackens Celtic Pub (affectionately known to regulars as The Crack) right on the Marietta Square.
This night is about:

Expect a dark, driving mix of Goth, Industrial, Darkwave, Post-Punk, EBM, and more — the sounds that filled the original Masquerade “in Hell” and defined so many legendary Atlanta nights.
Your hostess for the evening is Tessa the Dark Queen, bringing her love of goth art, fashion, music, and community to the Square. Alongside her is DJ Hellvis, a jack-of-all-genres with a deep-rooted love for the 90s Atlanta alternative scene — from nights at The Masquerade to 688, Velvet, and beyond. Joe, from 8th Note will be filming, taking pics and recording the evening (and dancing a bunch himself). And, Patti will be serving tasty beverages to make the night even more special. Together, they’re building something special right here in Marietta: a space where the dark scene can dance, connect, and thrive.
🖤 And don’t just stand in the shadows — come say hi to Tessa! Introduce yourself, grab a hug, and most importantly… dance with her. This night is about connection and community as much as it is about the music.
